Sewer Questions
THIS MESSAGE IS BEING SENT TO YOU AT THE REQUEST OF CAROL WALKER. SHE IS ONE OF OUR HAMMER POINT NEIGHBORS, AND SHE WORKS AT THE KEY LARGO WASTEWATER TREATMENT DISTRICT.
Could you please send an email out to residents explaining that when the contractors break a water line they notify the FKAA and they take it from there. It is up to the FKAA to notify the residents of a break . The contractors cannot do it.
The District will be overlaying the streets with and 1 ½” over what is currently there. The County is in charge of water retention and stormwater.
